Data Deletion Policy

This policy explains how users can delete their Revenge Arc account and request deletion of personal data.

1. In-app account deletion

Users can delete their account inside the Revenge Arc app where available.

When deletion is requested:

  • account access may be disabled immediately or as soon as technically possible
  • account data is scheduled for deletion
  • personal data is deleted within 30 days unless limited retention is necessary

2. What may be deleted

Deletion may include:

  • account profile
  • email/account data
  • workout logs
  • nutrition logs
  • meal photos
  • voice meal logs/transcripts
  • AI chat history
  • AI reports
  • body/progress photos
  • workout videos
  • Form Check AI clips
  • social posts/comments/messages
  • progress history
  • app settings
  • stored Firebase data tied to the account

3. Limited retention

Some information may be retained if needed for:

  • legal compliance
  • billing records
  • Apple/RevenueCat subscription records
  • fraud prevention
  • abuse prevention
  • dispute resolution
  • security logs
  • enforcement history
  • safety investigations

Where possible, retained data may be minimized, anonymized, or separated from active account use.

4. Public/community content

Some content may continue to appear if:

  • it was public/community content and removal is technically delayed
  • it was shared with other users
  • it is needed for safety, moderation, legal, or abuse-prevention purposes
  • it has been anonymized

Revenge Arc will make reasonable efforts to remove or anonymize deleted account content where required.

5. Email deletion requests

Users can also request deletion by emailing Revengearchelp@gmail.com.

Include:

  • account email
  • username if available
  • deletion request
  • any details needed to verify the account

6. Timing

Revenge Arc aims to complete account data deletion within 30 days after a valid deletion request, unless applicable law allows or requires a different timeframe.

Support responses are usually within 7 to 10 business days.

7. Data export/access requests

Users may request access to or export of their data by emailing Revengearchelp@gmail.com.

Availability may depend on identity verification, technical limits, and applicable law.
